Individuals can send messages ( with up to 160 digits )directly from their GSM CHIPPIE phones to another GSM CHIPPIE phone, through the HEPA Short Message Service. Consult the phone manual to check how this service functions on your mobile phone.

How to use

In order to use HEPA, it may be necessary to enter the Message Centre access code, when using the service for the first time.

Message Centre number: + 599 9 519 9300 (note: add the "+")
Prepaid SMS rate: NAf. 0.25 (each message) Postpaid SMS rate: Free depending on CHIPPIE package
